e hired Puroclean to clean out and sanitize a hoarders home. This home was level 4 hoarder, meaning that you had to walk over items to get from room to room and there was strong evidence of rodents. The job took five days, and 4-5 individuals working throughout most of these days. The home is about 1600 ft.², and we used five of the very large dumpsters. This was more than had originally been estimated, but Puroclean was very responsive to get additional dumpsters on site to finish the job. We worked closely with Steven, the project manager, to identify items to be saved, given away, or discarded. He was very helpful, setting up tables and bins for us to sort through what we needed to sort through. The home was boarded up, and he was helpful by unboarding the door every day, bringing in lighting, so everyone could see well, and closing off the property at the end of the day. Cleaning a hoarders home is tough, tough work but they got it done.

I had a slow leak from my steam dryer. Curtis came out immediately and handled it after hours. Everything went smoothly. He had great communication skills. Curtis kept me up to speed each day. Got the job done correctly! Thank you for making an unpleasant situation go smoothly.

Curtis is a great person to work with. We had signs of Mold unfortunately in our Master Bedroom and Bathroom. I contacted my Homeowner's insurance, who then contacted Code Blue. We had a pet that was housed in a garage that caused some problems due to it marking its territory with urine / spray. The scents were very unpleasant and we worked on addressing the issues on our own.
